We define the scope: short feature (5–10 mins), full-length (30–60 mins), or multi-part series.

We identify key themes, people, places, and events to include.

We create a story outline or script (this can be loose or structured).

We develop tailored interview questions tailored to your life journey and share them with you

You collect and prepare supporting materials:

• Photos

• Home videos

• Letters or documents

• Music or voice recordings (only licensed music may be included)

Sit-down, on-camera interview (can be at home or another quiet/appropriate place).

May involve multiple sessions to cover early life, adulthood, career, relationships, values, and legacy (an extra charge of AUD 100.00 is due per additional session if the 4-Hour/ Full-Day booking needs to be split up.

We use professional lighting, sound, and camera equipment to ensure cinematic quality.

Interviews with family members, friends, or colleagues for added perspective.

We add visual depth with old photos, documents, newspaper clippings, and video montages (materials provided by you)

We capture footage of meaningful locations, such as a childhood home, favourite spots, studio, or garden if part of the scope

We craft a compelling narrative arc using interviews and visuals, using state-of-the-art video editing software - DaVinci Resolve Professional

We add fully licensed music, transitions, subtitles, names/titles, and historical context where needed
